Liquid paint 1K or 2K will be sprayed on surfaces, usually with manual guns, pumps & 2K machines if needed. Our pumps are designed for a long life expectancy.
Liquid paint 1K or 2K will be sprayed based on the material & application site and using the best applicable technology available: Airless, Airmix or electrostatic.
Sealing of the metal sheath, bonding of various surfaces including composite materials, gel-coating applications, 2K or 3K dosing, and mixing & spraying are possible with our extensive range.
Due to harsh conditions & a long life expectancy, coating of all the parts & components has to be performed with high quality materials & a controlled process. High transfer efficiency will be required to reduce production costs. 2K machines will be preferred for optimum paint application & resistance at the final spot of energy production.
Powder paint solutions are also available; however, the manufacturing will need to be conducted in a factory with a large oven for curing.
