(1) Bonding panels
Our modular systems for the body shop include the option of heated or unheated drum pumps, regulators, dosing units, automatic gun or swirl guns, as well as the control system.
(2) Panel reinforcement
To deal with changing market needs caused by product developments & new application technologies, we have developed systems for sound-deadening materials, such as SSD (Sprayable Sound Deadener) or LASD (Liquid Applied Sound Deadener).
(3) Door bonding
The swirl gun is an option for the StreamDoz dosing unit & is mainly used for body shop applications allowing a fast & controlled adhesive application.
Structural adhesive is applied inside the flange. Inner Panel is placed onto the Outer Panel. The flange is then crimped (hemmed) over.
(4) Pumping
Whatever you need to pump to the applicator, our Rexson pump range can do it !
The dual ram unit allows a safe continuous supply process to the robotic application cell.
Heater devices regulate a warm, stable temperature of the material from the barrel to the application gun.
