Perfect spray pattern balance & overlap between atomizers is a must for optimum coating quality. 

Although enamel can be recycled, to get the shortest cycle time & highest production output with fresh material, it is necessary to provide a minimum level of transfer efficiency. It can be increased if necessary with electrostatic charge.
