Hi TE
Bell spraying technoloy
How does it work?
Within the rotating bell atomizers, Hi-TE technology rests inside the air shrouds, which are comprised of straight & vortex air combinations on a similar diameter.
After discovering that combining two different air directions around the bell cup helps to control the pattern, Hi-TE became the basis of existing bell cup atomization technologies for SAMES KREMLIN.
Depending on application specificities, SAMES KREMLIN offers a slew of different shapes & sizes in bell cups, as well as an extensive range of dual air shrouds, making the following applications possible: primers, base & clear coats, water- & solvent-based paints, exterior car bodies, interior cut-ins, interior vans, bumpers & plastic parts.
With combined air, the air shroud controls the pattern size, penetration capability, droplet size, centrifugal effects & overspray. A Hi-TE system comes with a full range of magnetic bell cups.
NW air shrouds allows variable pattern size between 100 mm Narrow to 300mm Wide. The width of the pattern is managed by varying the ratio of straight & vortex air. The NW air shroud is available in 3 bell cup sizes: EC 35, EC50 & EX65.
SW air shrouds are available with the EC50 & EX80 bell cups for pattern widths between 400 to 500mm and is best suitable for exterior car body & large, flat panel applications. A fast robotic speed & high transfer efficiency is made possible by the strong pattern of the SW air shrouds.
